This was taken along Stephen Avenue Mall in downtown Calgary. It was a very nice day for Winter, with a high around 10°C. My winter coat was probably to much. Though, not many more miniskirts yet.
This was from my photo shoot at Prairie Winds Park, with Diane, who was great fun to work with, and obviously very beautiful.
It looks warmer than it was. There was a cool wind, and the water seemed a bit chilly. Ultimately, we both got drenched, when it rained at the end of the shoot.

Not exactly sure what the megaphone was for. I think she was a volunteer and/or staff. I realize this is a bit blurry (saying "soft" sounds better), but lighting was tough. Any more than 400 ISO, and things get spotty. So, I ended up with a shutter speed of 1/20. So, I'm looking it wasn't more blurry.
In this photo, I had to do some blurring in editing, to minimize distractions from subject.
The 20th Annual Lilac Festival was held in Calgary along 4 Street SW, from 12-25 Avenue on Sunday, May 31, 2009 in Calgary. It featured a parade, street vendors, and a variety of entertainment. Weather was good and attendance seemed high.

This is one of the photos I took of a demonstration by a small group of Nazis (organized by the Aryan Guard) and a much larger group of anti-racists opposing the Nazis at Calgary's City Hall on Saturday, October 14, 2007. The blond girl in white was with the Nazis.
The blond girl in white was supporting the Nazis. Note her belt buckle, which is fashioned to look like a revolver with a skull cap for a handle, and a blood red coloured front sight.
