Three Amigos
I was asked to take their photo. So, I'm always happy to oblige, and said they could find the image here. Unfortunately, I had a long lens on my camera (70-300mm) which means I couldn't take a wide shot, even when standing a distance back. So, hopefully this is ok. If this is you, please let me know if you got it.

Smiling for the Camera
Something I've wondered, is why police need to wear high visibility vests in situations like this during day time, yet don't need them when working the streets at night, doing regular work, which probably has more risk of being struck by a vehicle. Personally, a better approach might be to have uniforms that are easier to spot without wearing anything on top.

Biking by Pride
This is the first time since my bike accident on August 10, that I've been able to use my DSLR camera. It is still hard to hold the camera with both hands, so that I missed most shots, or took lower quality shots with one hand, and didn't switch lenses. But, it's a start. It seemed fitting to take a bike shot. I believe this person was just passing by. The sign being held the background is for MLA Kent Hehr.
