Kym Tenove (right) was a top 8 finalist of the 2007 Miss Sun and Salsa Pageant, part of the Sun and Salsa Festival held every summer in the Kensington of Calgary. She and others were doing some Salsa dancing in the parade.
This is Miss Canada International 2008 Alesia Fieldberg. I previously photographed her after she was selected "Miss Calgary, AB", but my photos then turned out badly, as seen here, since it was dark and she was wearing funny glasses.
On June 21, 2008 I was at Stephen Avenue Mall to take in the start of the 2008 Bullrun. After it was over I took this shot, largely unrelated, but I liked it.
This is Team Texas, who took part in the 2008 Bullrun, starting in Calgary on Saturday, June 21.. The one in the middle served as flag girl, before the the girls got in their own vehicle, to join the race themselves.
