This is part of the "The FUEL Blackfoot Vespa Street Team" that I happened to see go by while in downtown Calgary. They do promos for the Fuel 90.3 radio station (CFUL-FM) and it's sponsors.
The Stampede Queen and a Stampede Princess wave to the crowd. Normally, they are strictly required to wear traditional blue attire, but an exception was made for this year's "Tough Enough To Wear Pink" campaign for Breast Cancer awareness.
