My head exploded at the park
So, if you saw a guy at Capital Hill Park, after sunset, tilting his head side-to-side for 30 seconds, this was to get the semi-invisibility effect. I used Photoshop to make the bars more vibrant, but my clothes less so. I guess I could have also done the "ghosting" effect in Photoshop, but somehow, longer exposures are more fun.

More ghosts on swings
This test didn't work as well as the others I posted. I tried to get my head to appear over each of four swings. But, things didn't line up right, so I cropped out half of the photo that didn't work. I used Sepia to hide some funny colors showing as much as for the "old fashioned" look. Anyways, it's still a neat effect, worth playing with.

Birds not of a feather still flock together
Some of the Waterfowl at Prince's Island. If you notice the grass doesn't look 100% natural, I did some crude #2 touch ups of the image. Nothing special to the photo really, but I just liked how the two birds were palling around. I don't really know much about birds. I assume both are the same type of duck, but just different age. But don't really know.

Impatient to end the war
There wasn't a huge turnout. It could be that this is one of the "lessor days" of protest (compared to the anniversary of the Iraq war, for example). Also, I'm thinking with Obama in office, and a deadline for Canada to end combat operations in Afghanistan, there's a lot less popular anger about Canada and U.S. military policy.
