Initially these two painters seemed hard at work painting inside City Hall. But after passing them by again later I noticed they hadn't gotten anything done. They were like statues.
Something I had trouble understanding, is how some signs had pictures of former PMs with quotes (Pearson and Trudeau) , that didn't actually support the cause.
