For the first time ever, I decided to start my own (tiny) garden. I put these two plants in the ground, but had to take them inside the same day, due to a frost warning.

The University of Calgary brought Condoleezza Rice to Calgary to speak at the launch of the School of Public Policy. A few dozen (?) people showed at the Hyatt in downtown Calgary to protest her presence there.
