The Rath Yatra festival was put on by followers of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness in Calgary. A large chariot was pulled by worshipers chanting Hare Krishna.
I happened by this scene by North Hill Centre on 14 Avenue NW. Off camera there's more police presence, suspects being detained, and also mall security nearby.
