This float was promoting the Sun and Salsa Festival. The top three winners plus the director of the 2007 Miss Sun and Salsa Pageant were on the float. The festival (and pageant) is held every summer in the Kensington community. The Fourth Annual Kensington Miss Sun and Salsa Pageant is on Sunday, July 20th, 2008.
