I saw this as I passed a bridge going from Ramsay over the Elbow to Victoria Park. This may seem slightly less senseless if you check the proceeding shots of the day in my photostream.
This was taken by me as I passed the bridge over the Elbow river going from Ramsey (left) to Victoria Park (right). In the distance is the Pengrowth Saddledome.
