
I went back over my shots of the protest, and liked this, just for how the officers look.
I managed to deal with overexposure, and reduced distracting colours, like the green taser stripes. It would look beter if it wasn’t cut-off on the right, but there was a tree, that still had it’s Christmas lights on it, that I removed.
Taken at the March 21, 2010 (International Day for the Elimination
of Racial Discrimination ) protest against racism held in downtown Calgary. This is Olympic Plaza, just across the street from City Hall, where most demonstrators were standing outside of.
