I’m not sure the name for this style of performance. The girl would do a robot-like dance to a drum when a tip was given, and pause in between. So, basically, they’re the opposite of a professional model, because they pose for pictures only if they haven’t been paid lately.
The 20th Annual Lilac Festival was held in Calgary along 4 Street SW, from 12-25 Avenue on Sunday, May 31, 2009 in Calgary. It featured a parade, street vendors, and a variety of entertainment. Weather was good and attendance seemed high.
