
Sara Kae is an indigenous Canadian singer and radio personality from Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Early life
Sara was born and raised in Thunder Bay. Her Ojibwe/Cree family belongs to the Lake Helen (Red River) First Nation. She graduated Metalworks Institute in Mississauga as a vocal major in the Music Performance and Technology program.
Career

Sara’s music can be described as modern, R&B, pop with electronic and Indigenous sound infused throughout. Shortly finishing at Metalworks, she released her debut single “Fool For You” and her debut EP “STONES”. She also released the single “Now That You’re Here (It’s Christmas Time)“.
Sara joined 106.5 ELMNT FM, a radio station in Toronto, as an on-air personality.
Sara is a reporter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Her CBC stories focus on the lives, arts, and culture of indigenous people.
