Apparently if you buy a condo you’ll be able to snuggle up to an attractive member of the opposite sex. But, if you’re looking for the promised snuggle bunnie, the web site it says you can go to, appears to be down.
Resiance Corporation was supposed to build the "Gateway Midtown" condo project, nextdoor to the sales centre, but it had to cancel the entire project, well after work began. The property was picked up by Pointe of View. Recently, a sinkhole formed on 4th street, probably due to work done at the site.
As I understand it, the only work being done, is to prevent the site creating more hazards to the surroundings.
It’s not suprprising that they’ld leave up some advertisements. But, it does seem odd, that they wouldn’t be able to recycle ground level retail space.
