Lindsay Elyse is a well known video game streamer and cosplayer from Arizon. She has around half a million followers on Instagram and over 130 thousand on Twitch.
Early life
Elyse was born in Arizona in 1991. She has a brother and a sister. She become a gamer as a young child in 1995, with her grandpa’s help, using his NES. She got her first Gameboy as a gift from him. Prior to her career in cosplay and gaming, she had various jobs, including working at a Disney Store, hair salon, Bass Pro Shops (a camping store), and Starbucks.
Aside from cosplay and video gaming, she is also a dancer, including competitive Irish dancing.
Career
She first got involved in cosplaying in 2005, when her mom introduced her to an anime convention’s cosplay competition, and taught her to make different costumes. The first costume she did was Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemis. She ultimately moved on to working full time at cosplay, doing about 30 costumes a year.
She began to regularly travel internationally, to attend comic and entertainment conventions around the world, often engaging in cosplay.
She has partnered with video game makers Bethesda, CAPCOM, and others to promote their products and game characters. She has done endorsements for Cellucor, Astro Gaming, and Lootcrate.
Later on she transitioned from mainly doing cosplay, to mainly being a gaming streamer on Twitch, where she has over 130,000 followers. Her streamed games include League of Legends, Titanfall, and Kingdom Hearts.
