This is a Calgary 420 Rally For Marc Emery prior to his expected extradition to the United States for marijuana related charges. Emery is a long time prominent pro-marijuana activist in Canada. He’s accussed by the Americans of sellings cannnabis seeds into the U.S, for which they’re seeking his extradition. This is one of many protests organized in different countries for Emery. This one, in downtown Calgary, was held outside the U.S. consulate.
