This is the lead of Fanfarenzug-Strausberg marching band from Germany. I’m still wandering what it is the guy in the middle is holding. It looks like a baton with a bag attached. Their web site has some info on them, and time in Canada, but it seems to be all in German, as one would expect.
I assume "Fanfarenzug" means a type of marching band in German, and they are from Strausberg, a city in Brandenburg, Germany.
