This is a park opened on June 11, 1974 in Victoria Park (part of the Beltline neighborhood) in Calgary. I’m not sure if the walls in the park were from an expired building (here or elsewhere), or they were built like this for the park. It is located on the south side of 12 Avenue between 5 and 6 Street SE. There’s probably an interesting back story which I don’t know.
